Fast EZ - EFI Milage
Anyone have a 383 or 500HP SBC with EZ-EFI. Whats your gas mileage.
I have heard of many people running 500+HP SBC and getting 20MPG with with tuned Fast or Accel sequential EFI systems, but I have searched the entire net and cannot find any MPG Carb to EZ-EFI comparisons. I have read many good comments on performance and ease of installation. I am currently getting about 8.5 MPG. My 383 has solid roller .637 G lift and an a 750 Speed Demon Carb. Dyno'ed at 512 HP flywheel. Its a great fun watching the needle go down with the peddle, but it would be nice to save a few bucks and hydrocarbons.
