Default Funky electrical glitch

Lately when I have turned on the headlights on my 67, the gas gauge drops to E and both turn signal indicators on the dash light up solid. Doesn't happen every time, but fairly often.

Any ideas?

I would bet 99% likely the ground strap to the gauge cluster is getting a poor connection, 67-68 are notorious for it. It could be as easy as tightening the center top screw on the cluster or removing the cluster and cleaning up the contact point.
