Default Wanted custom cam grind manufacturer

Looking for a custom camshaft manufacturer, i have purchased from Lazer cams in the past, but i figure they are no longer in operation as i cannot find their phone number.

i am building a crossram 302 with AFR heads, s.b. cams offered by manufacturers are for 350 c.u. and up.

I would prefer a manufacturer who would tailor a grind for my application, like Lazer as successfully done for me in the past.

thanks

Best cam grinder I know. Udharold, orginal of the old Ultradyne cams. He hangs out on the Chevelle site. These are steel billet cams with the Everwear iron dist gear.

Call UDHarold here

Try Douherty Racing Cams http://drcamshafts.com/

They made this roller cam for me with a cast gear.

This looks like one of Udharold cores. Small base circle?

Yep, small base circle. Not sure what core they used. I know they got a lot of their cores from Crane and this cam was done last year before Crane closed.

I have had cams ground by both Cam Motion and Engle Racing cams. I will happily used either one again. Both were very helpful and "listened" to what I wanted and didn't just try to sell me any grind they had handy.

I've been using a custom Engle in my 540 for years. They have always been great to deal with and have a lot of lobes that aren't listed on their website. I worked with Mark Engle directly and he really took the time to listen to me and work out a good combo.
