Default Speedometer Cable Routing

Does anyone have pictures of the original routing of the speedometer cable for a 67 SS with Muncie four speed? I'm mainly interested in the location and orientation of the clips where the speedometer exits the firewall on the right side of the steering column as well as in the tunnel itself. I have the AIM.....but it doesn't show how the clips are installed. What is the correct speedometer cable length for this set up.

Thanks for any help.
