Hey everyone,

Does anyone know of a good book or website that I can learn more about performance. I know about some of the basic stuff but not the good performance info.

Do a seach on any subject that perks your interest and then stick around, you`ll learn some good performance tips here.

I know you asked for web sites, and there are probably a few good ones out there. Just wanted to recommend a book titled "John Lingenfelter on Small Block Cheys". Excellent theory for experienced or beginner. The great part is that it's only 17 bucks (looks like the price came down) and will serve as a good reference after you've read it. i also must reccomend anything by smokey yunick. his info is a lot of old school stuff, but the vast majority still rings true today. he's one of my all time favorites. [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]

I'd also like to suggest n2performance.com. This is Jim McFarland's (former editor of Hot Rod & Car Craft as well as VP of R&D for Edelbrock for many years) "Performance Professor" site.

Since you're new it is recommended that you begin with the first lecture, Airflow and the Internal Combustion Engine and work your way through the rest of them as you learn each topic. The lectures are in pdf and are free to download.
