just need some info to what i have i purchased a motor with these castings which i believe is 69-70 202 but whats interesting is the exhaust ports are d shaped and show no signs of modification also the connecting rods are gm with a cap screw instead of a bolt and nut arrangement also all they have is a chev symbol on them any help on spec would be greatly appreciated

Over-the-counter GMPP parts - never used in production.

a friend of mine got a set of those heads on a 1970 chevelle malibu 350-300HP (factory). The car also came with a 12 bolt and was not an SS. I guess it was the equivalent of a lm1 Camaro or better yet, an L30-M20.
