do all 1969's have stagered shocks? including 6 cylinders? i know the 12 bolt is stagered

Only 67's got both shocks on the same side.
All 68 and 69's got staggered shocks from the factory. |

are factory drums flipped on the axle for the shocks

I don't understand the question... Both side the drums are mounted the same.

the question you ask is yes, 68 an 69 are staggered,one shock north of axles an one shock south, 67 are both same direction west68
