Default YW code rally wheels

Still quite the newbie, so I need some help from those in the know.
Got my eye on a set of 14x6 rally wheels coded YW for my '67 when I get her back from the body shop next week.

I was thinking of going with some BFG Radial T/A 235/60/14 all the way around, considering the 245's too.

Stock suspension, ride height, rear end, and drum brakes (all for now until I can convince the wifey to let me upgrade) and I was wondering if this wheel and tire combo will fit and not lead to any rubbing problems.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

The 14x6 rim won't fit the 235/60/15 tires.
235/60/15 fit well on 15x7 ralleys. That's what I run with 15x8 on the rear.
245/60/15 would work well on 15x8 ralleys on the rear.

I meant to put 14, so I changed it to the right tire size in the original post.
So do you think they'll fit now?

235 60 14 should be the same width as 235 60 15. So if the backspacing on the YW is the same as 15x7 ralleys (4.25" IIRC) then they should work but you may have scuffing against the frame on tight turns. Mine does.

the YW have a 4 3/8" backspacing, so I guess I'll still get some rub.

A 235-60 is to wide for a 6" wheel.A 205/70/14 would fit better.

Weird, I was actually told that up to a 245 would fit on a 6" wheel. Anyway, I forgot to mention that I have drum brakes all around.
Still any idea if 4 3/8" would cause rubbing with a 225 or 235?

According to the guy selling them, they're 14x6. Listed as 14x6 everywhere else I've researched too, for example:

BFG says 7"to8.5" wheel for a 245-60.

http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/tire-...dial-t-a-tires click on specs at the bottom of the page.

You can put them on a 6" wheel but they will not be flat acroos the tread and wear in the middle. And yes a 245-60 will rub on the front.
