Hi everyone. I would like to upgrade fom the mono leaf spring to multi-leafs on my car. I phoned Standen Springs in Calgary today and they have them in stock - 3 or 5 leaf combinations. They also said they could adjust the ride height to your request. My question is should I raise it some?

The 3 leafs are likely going to raise it a bit over your worn monos. See my post for before/after photos with JC Whitney 3 leafs.
