I had been cnsidering looking at this car as a driver but discovered the late 1970's Nova dash conversion. Anyone seen this? Is the guy way off on price?

To me that looks like an aftermarket dash carrier and maybe the Nova dash pad that does not have the drop down portion just above the steering column. The car does look kind of rough but I respect the seller for showing the bad spots.
