If it is an L98, the parts will bolt-up.
Of course getting the system and sensors mounted and working correctly will take time and some fiddling ...
Get a good book, like "TPI Fuel Injection Swapper's Guide" and read up on it before you take this on.
This is not a 'Rocket Surgery' type task, you just need to know and understand how the system works and what the ECM need to know to operate correctly.

+1 John,

Also, make sure you have the heads checked for cracks on that siezed up engine, could be a sign of ran wayyy too hot. If they turn out to be junk, find yourself a cool set of L98 Corvette aluminum heads

The engine dropped the oil pump when idling in the lot. It was my friends motor. He shut it off right away.

Swap the entire motor. I would bet a Dr pepper that the TPI motor would be OK after some fresh bearings. Heck yeah, swap the whole motor. Save that 327...just in case.
Swap whole motor and it would be a little easier swap. I did that EXACT same swap in a 69 about 15 years ago before all the razzle-dazzle of EFI now-a-days and it wasnt much effort at all to get it swapped and running. Even installed a JET chip, thermostat and recommended comp cam. It got 22-24MPG at 65 and would run 11.90-12.10's and that was driving 1.5 hours to the track and racing then driving it home...lol to kewl.
