Default headlight washer question has anyone else seen this?

I have been looking for another car that has the options a 69 Camaro in my area had when I was growing up. It was a light blue special paint Z/28 with white stripes non RS car with headlight washers. Has anyone else seen a non RS 69 Camaro with headlight washers?

Thanks for the info, as I said I knew of a 69 Z where I grew up years ago that had this option but never know if it was dealer installed or factory.

It was a special paint carolina blue car, I saw it go across ebay a few years ago for about 185,000.

thanks Jim

Do those things really do anything other than get the headlights wet? How do they compare to the liquid tire chains?

They are a bit of a joke IMO. Mine still work and they just make a mess of the headlight doors ( when closed) and endura bumper.

I used mine once. The car was two days old. Silly. Can you imagine getting dirty enough to need them?

LMAO!
I figured they can't do much with out something to wipe the headlight after the spray. I putting mine back on but don't have much hope for performance.

What source are you looking at that tells you the specific RPO code and the number of that option sold?

It's all found in the Camaro White Book but might be hard to find and expensive. I also found the same info at the end of a pdf I downloaded the other day after another member posted a link... I'll look for it and post back when I find it.

The RPO is listed in the 69 Assembly manual. I saw it the other day while thumbing through it.

The AIM (Assembly Instruction Manual) shows diagrams of most rpo codes but doesn't include # sold or price. It's another good document to have if you play with these old cars...
