Default Taking parts to machine shop

I am taking all my new parts to my engine shop Friday to get my motor built. I had to get a new block as my one out of my car was a 283 not a 350 as I was told.

350 block 30 over 4 bolt main
flat top pistons
I beam rods
stock crank
Lunati Bracket Master flatappet cam 00017LK
New .062 Vortec heads
Cloyes double roller timing chain
Roller rockers stamped self alinging.
Ebelbrock Performer intake.

Hopefully it will be around 350 HP. They will dyno it also.

Default Re: Taking parts to machine shop

It is VERY important that you give them good instructions as to what you want done...
including dynamic balancing
It should all be written down on the worksheet, and u should have a copy.
