Default Torque Specs for Crank Pulley on 327

I've been reading through the Service Manual and the AIM for torque specs of the main crank pulley.

I "think" the large center bolt (torsion damper..?) is 60 ft/lbs while the three pulley bolts are 25 to 35 ft/lbs.

Is this correct?

Dumb question: how do I turn the crank manually (i.e. starter not yet installed) once the main pulley has been installed?

Are you sure it has a center bolt? My 327 doesn't...

Oh, that could be. LJ vs SJ.
If you have the bolt installed and you want to turn over the engine, I'd just pull the plugs and spin it by the center bolt.

An old Clymer manual I have here says 60 ft-lbs for small blocks.
