Default What oil for 383

I have new 383 stroker engine with a roller cam. So far I have been using 15-40 Rotella. I would like to start using a synthetic oil. Should I use 10-30, 10-40(hard to find), or 20-50. The 10-30 seems like the easiest to find followed by 20-50.

Rotella T6 5W-40 has been getting good reviews on the bitog forums. Still has over 1000ppm zinc for now which is good even with a roller.

Good to know. I've had a couple gallons sitting in the garage for a while but have a case of the Summit Racing semi-synthetic 10W-40 to burn up.
