Default bellhousing torque

Hi guys , I'm bolting up my factory 621 bellhousing to the block and have a few ? whats the torque should I locktite it can I use new hardware bolts from lowes or my hardware in town???? thanks jared

30 ft. lbs. Thread lock not needed. Use grade 5 bolts with lock washers.
