The vacuum conroled heater/defroster/AC vents wont change possition. I have good vacuum going in through the body but no vacuum at the slide switches. Any ideas of what the problem is? Or, do you know of a good manual that diagrams the vent system - none of the manual I've seen go discuss the vents.

sounds like you have a hole in the line or a collapsed vaccum line,maybe even a bad diaphram...sorry but don't know of any diagrams for the vents.
