I would like to know if anyone knows when the 69 302 DZ had a cross ram intake was there a decal that fit between the 2 wing nuts on the air cleaner cover?

i found a decal that says 302 dz that fits between the 2 nuts holding down the chrome cover on the air cleaner

I am restoring this car to the orginal and want to know the proper decal set up if any that was installed on the ram intake air cleaner cover

That is kind of a funny question. The cross rams were never stock, so does it really matter where the sticker is ?

That is like saying " my car has a 572 engine in it. Where is the correct location for the 572 emblems ?"

How can that be? A crossram was not original.

The cross-ram setup was never factory-installed (nor was it ever in a box in the trunk from the factory); all the parts for the entire setup were in a box that came over the dealer's parts counter if you decided to buy it to add to the car, and there was no decal for the air cleaner lid in the package. It was "race" parts.

The entire car has been restored to it's
Original state. Everyone knows cross ram was added at dealer
I was asking if that decal was something offered back then
As all the cars I ever seen that had a cross ram never had this decal
