Friend of mine is looking at this car, it has a RS front end but I haven't seen it yet to determine if it is an RS or not. Also, can someone tell me where the hidden VINS are on a 67?

3L on the trim tag makes it a true RS. Hidden VINs are in the same place for all 1st gens: under the heater box and under the cowl vent. Look here: http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml#67Codes

06B = 2nd week of June

E = Tinted glass all windows
2 = Group nimber
E = A/C
M = Power Glide
3 = Group number
L = Rally Sport

G = Granada Gold paint. Does it have a vinyl top?

Thanks for verifying the RS option Jim! It currently does not have a vinyl top but I'm sure that was pulled off at some point during it's life...

If it is G-G on the trim tag it was Granada Gold without a vinyl top.

If it is G-6 then it is Granada Gold with a Beige/Light Fawn vinyl top.
