I have a 327 block # 3903352..I'm trying to figure out the other 2 sets of numbers. TO503KL which is Tonawanda made May 3rd with 275 hp 4bbl carb with a 350 turbo. The other number is 7Y192O14..any idea what it stands for.

I moved this to TAG section where the number gurus hang out... I think the Y means it was a Jaynesville, WI built for full size Chev. of some kind. The experts will chime in soon.

KL is the 275 horse 327 with TH400. Y is the Wilmington, DE plant. Can you post a pic of the engine pad? 7 is 67 and the rest is the sequential vin

As already stated...but being slightly more specific.

7 - stands for 1967 model year
Y - is the Wilmington Delaware vehicle assembly plant
192014 - these are the last 6 digits of the VIN of the vehicle it was in originally. Likely a full size Chevy Impala.
