Is it normal for the output to turn on a manual transmission when in neutral.??? Thanks!!

Yep. Especially a fresh build that has yet to be filled with oil. If you have the trans in neutral ,and you're holding the output shaft, and it will still want to spin there is something wrong. Most likely a fresh build that has a synchro ring stuck to one of the gears.

Thanks for the replies. Figured it had to do with enertia as the output shaft isn't moving all that fast.
