Turn signals won't work. I've tried replacing the flasher, no luck. Hazards work fine, and all bulbs are good. When you activate the turn signal, you can hear a click at the box located under the passenger side dash. Is there a relay in this box that needs to be replaced, maybe the whole box. I am lost here, and would greatly appreciate any help given.

I run into a problem a few years back that sounds very similar. The problem ended up being a bad electrical connection at the base of the steering column where the wiring goes up to the turn signal switch. You might break this apart and check the individual wire connections. Mine had never been apart but one of the wires metal ends was mutilated when the connection was put together from the factory.
