I picked up a used set of Vintage Wheel Works - V45 - 16X8 rims with 4.5" Backspacing off of Craigslist (SCORE:
got a Super deal )... anyway they came with a good set of (4) 225/50/16 tires, but I'm not happy with how the tires look in the wheel-wells. They look so small in there. Can anybody recommend a good size tire to fill out my 69 Camaro wheel-wells? Any pic's would help. Basically stock suspension/ride height. But I do plan to lower the front 2" very soon. Thanks.

I would try some 255/50/16s I had some all around on my 69 bird and Ronal wheels 16x8 - I dont remember the back spacing but they fit my 87 T/A and my 69 bird only rub I ever heard was when pulling into a driveway when the rear twisted - it rubbed on inner LR they seem to fit the wheel and the wheelwell better but i would mount one and test fit it
