What is the correct color of the word CAMARO on the header emblem. for a 68 Camaro. White? Black? or Chrome?

The one on the nose , top left side. "Camaro By Chevrolet" . It's all chrome with the By Chevrolet box below blacked out. I'll see if I can find a pic....

Those emblems I believe are still available from GM or they were the last time I checked some months ago.

Thanks! Looking through some of the vender catalogs appear to have white or black inlays. All the ones I remember seeing on cars are always chrome. Just a photo illusion in the catalogs.
