What are they buying? A parts vehicle! And not a very good one. Without a title, it can't be licensed where I live.
Current bid is 5600 and WOW I can not see paying anywhere close to that. Might be some funny business going on. The most recent (highest) bids are by bidders with zero feedback.

I just watched a 59K mile 69 327 bid to 14.9K no sale. It was nice.
Market is kinda strange. That is a way into a vert if you cant do the big initial kerplunk of cash.

Not surprising, really. While it'd be nice to have a title, cars like that down here- even non-verts- go for $5-6k all day long. Mine was in similar condition and the seller had over 20 calls in a matter of a few hours of posting on Craigslist at $5k.

Good stainless molding for a 'vert.
Late-'70's early '80's engine, blue in color. Good carpet extenders - those pieces next to the door sill plate. Good qtr panel grille chrome. AM radio, repairable heater core? Front 'vert counter weights, no rears though. Nice Flintstone car...

Trim tag has NBR instead of NOR or LOS or VN. I have never seen that before.

Just because it doesn't have a title doesn't mean you can't get it titled. I live in a 'title' state.....the last time I checked into the matter of bringing a car into NC from a state that did not require a title I was told at NC-DMV that I needed my bill of sale from the seller and the prior bill of sale, and after an inspection I could then get an NC title for the car.
As for the price, hey it's a '69 Camaro Convertible.

No title required in CT on these cars, which is where it is. How much would that car be worth overseas if rebuilt around the numbers, even if sold just as a roller with new tin?

NBR trim tags aren't rare, I've seen a few (even a couple here in Australia) but they were a mis-stamp of NOR.
