My dash pad isn't nearly as bad as that one, but it is pretty warped and doesn't fit very well anymore. Are they worth having them "rebuilt" and does anyone even do that, or should I just replace it.

RJ, for a little under $200 you can have it restored.
There's a recent thread for a member that just got his back from the resto house.
