Does anyone know where to find replacement duct pieces for a non-a/c 69 Z28 w/center console?

Are you looking for the flexible hose pieces, or the plastic ducts (like the defroster duct, etc)?

The only "ducts" in a 69 non-ac car, is the defrost, pass and drivers fresh air in the upper dash and the floor heat duct that screws to the heater box.the floor heat comes in two styles, with console and without. I think all of those are only available used.

The defrost and floor heat pieces are available new from a few vendors (Camaro Central being one), but they're not cheap- I think the defroster duct is over $100, and the floor duct is something like $85.

They are ALL plastic and have various parts.
Can you be more specfic on the ducting locations that you are looking for?

Looking for the left air duct w/shutter. I can find the defrost duct aftermarket but not the left or right Astro vent duct.

If you have them, but they are cracked, they can be fixed.

I have one but it has big pieces missing at the rod location. Found one last night on Camaro Central, not cheap! On to the next adventure.
Thanks all,

Well, I thought I had found one but the seller called me and said it was in bad shape and refunded my money. Still looking.
If there is a repair process someone please let me know. There is about a 1 1/2" piece missing on one side at the shutter shaft location.

I had one that was broken. I used a low heat soldering gun with a flat tip or a spade tip, and plastic welded it back together. I used to use that set up to repair the bottoms of skis many years ago.
If you have large missing parts, it is more of a challenge, especially if the large part is missing and it was a molded part. For small missing parts you can use a plastic antifreeze jug. Just cut out pieces to patch. I think the O'Reilly's brand even comes in a black jug. Plastic welding is very easy with a low heat soldering iron. Pracitce on the jug first. Don't use a big iron on the hotter setting.
