I've ordered the last few from NPD (link - http://www.npdlink.com/store/catalog...ts-1378-1.html )
But most of the Camaro suppliers should have them in stock ...

Are you looking for 100% factory correct, or just looking for a bolt kit? AMK will be a complete, factory correct kit with all the right markings, but will cost quite a bit. I started with nothing (well, very little), and have been buying bits and pieces where needed from John's Classic Cars. A lot of my stuff has come as part of other packages- for example, most of my suspension hardware came with the CPP suspension kit, body mount hardware came with the Energy Suspension body mounts, etc. Depending on how you're building the car, and how "correct" you need to be, you may not need to buy a whole bolt kit.

Totally Stainless is a good kit, you can even get black stainless if you want them. I bought a AMK kit from AMK , they have a great kit , complete, baged and labled for each part, but will cost you some clams.
