I am about to start putting in my American Auto Wire Classic update harness in my 69. The car was originally an Air Conditioned car but I only had the suitcase and removed it. I talked to American Auto Wire about how to wire the electrical for the AC Delete. They suggested using a Heater only resistor and Heater Control setup. The question I have is can i take the four position switch and change it out for a three position switch or do i have to replace the whole control? Or am i ok with the 4 position switch and wiring it up for just the three speeds? I don't really need the high speed because i barely use the heat as it is
