It's listed in 68 AIM under a few different applications, from L6- L30 (275 hp V8) all with G31 "special" rear springs option. Do you have a 67 AIM ? I presume 67/8 are the same....
Well, there you have it. I had forgot that all 67's had mono's and therefore these springs were also used on SS cars with G31. If you decide to use them, only stipulation is rear bumper guards are required ! Guards were part of the G31 option, I assume because the rear would set up a bit higher with these springs.
I picked up the springs nos and my l78 vert has the optional large rear bumper guards. I always thought my car had the f41 option. Can a car have both options,f41 and g31? I would think yes as one is springs and the other is suspension.
I'm not sure Jeff. F41 included "special" springs as well, so I dunno...
The White Book lists both options and there's no mention of not having one with other.....
Maybe Kurt or one of the CRG guys can elaborate. :beers:
