Default 1969 Camaro rs convertible

Hi, i am new to this.
just wondering how much it is worth for
a 1969 Camaro RS convertible, all original except for Convertible top & the two back wheel, Frost Green ext. ( Engine= 350 CID 250 Hp 2bbl Turbo Fire V8)- serial= 12467 (Canadian model)
a few rust in both quarter back panel.
no rust underneath the floor pan.
- car has been parked since 1985. the car started well when new oil is put in.
- car was repainted once back in 1984 with a little darker green.
- headlight is still working.
anybody has a frost green Camaro RS which i can see the picture?

Is all the paperwork included and are you sure engine, transmission and rear end are original?

yes. We have all the paperwork.
We have the copy of last owner registry in 1985.
the Engine/Transmission are number matching.

this was the list from the GM
trim- 723 dark green
paint- 59
it was bought by the last owner from Pointiac in 1984 and there was a bill of sale on this available.
what would it worth if everything is original except for the top and the two back wheel?

If you got an offer for 26k then that is a lot of money for a "Green" RS Convertible that needs work. If you think you are going to get more good luck...

18-20K with out seeing pics....

hope this helps perspectives. heres my personal example:

last year I sold a 69 base convertible for $22.5K.
it had excellect near perfect paint and metal, all quarters/fenders/hood replacements. big brakes up front but all original type worn suspension. 18" wheels, weak 307 engine, m21, open 10 bolt, interior and top were average and older replacments, no A/C. needed new fuel tank also. My objection to this car was it was a project car for too many owners and never really got all the way done. I felt that the cars potential would not match the finances required in upgrading, you know. engine = $5k, rear diff = $2k, suspension = $2k, fuel system $500.00, interior $1k, maybe after all that it would have been a $30k car but maybe not. the more you are asking for a car the tougher the competition is, it better be right.

Thank You for the pictures of the frost green car. We love the color.
we decided to keep the car since it is impossible to find a one owner car unmolested anywhere.
Car was purchased in 1972 and the last registered in 1985-86 with 72500 km. The last oil change sticker was done in 1985 showed 72,652 km. Car had not driven or registered since 1986.
the canadian model is 124679.
we will redo to everything original.
what would be the stripes on the RS? We saw many different stripes and we don't know which one was original?
the book which came from GM with the car showed some small stripes on top of the front and rear wheel panel? is this correct? we could not find any car with these stripes. Anybody has these stripes, please show us so we can have any idea.

RS got the D96 fender striping in 69 except the Z/28.(there might be other exceptions - not sure) None of these show close up detail, but you get the idea.

Exactly what I would have done...keep it.

Now, lets see some pictures.

If it was originally imported into Canada you can contact GM Vintage Vehicles Services. GM Canada kept all the records of cars imported into Canada. Google the name above for the website or I have phone #'s if you message me.
