wspenc43,
I have an original 69 Z with build sheet, 4.10 positraction. Most Z's I've seen have positraction, however I have a friend with an original Z with 3.73s 12 bolt rear(original to the car) that is not a posi. Hope this helps. ------------------ Jess - Camaros Limited Nor-Cal 69 Z/28 Lemans Blue |

Positraction was "recommended", but was neither included nor required on 1969 Z/28's. 4.10 was the lowest (highest numerical) optional ratio available factory-installed; 4.56 and 4.88 axles were dealer-installed only, unless the car was built under an approved COPO.
