Question

i wa lokign to convert my 68 wiht a powerglide to a muncie and i a trans with the number 6s10s350 and 3857584GM? stamped on it...would this bolt in to my car easily..at this moment it has a 305 out of some 80's car that theprevious owner had put in but i am planning on putting a 327 in the near future

The # 584 is the tailhousing #'s, look on the case, right at the U.S. patent #, there is a group of #'s. What are they? Also look right behind this, and running vertical , there should be a P code, followed by more #'s. Post that here. How many rings on the input shaft?
