I have found some info on the 1967 350cid V8, but I can not find out for sure if this engine was a small journal or medium journal. I have found some resources stating that the 67 350 came with the 1182 crank, which is a medium journal crank. Nothing that I have found says what the journal size is. Thanks to any one that can help me with this.

The terminology is small journal and large journal.
And the 67 350 was a large journal engine. The only one in 67. In 68, all SB engines had large journals.
The mains are 2.45 and the rods are 2.10.

Kurt is correct on the journal size. Some sources refer to small, medium, and large journal small blocks, where the large journal is the 400 motor. Most of us use the large and small journal for the 265's through 350's and sort of keep the 400 out there by itself. Just a matter of wording.

302's in 67 also had the large journal crank I believe. The 302 crank was not just a 283 crank put into a 327 block the crank had its own casting number and was balanced differant and looks differant than the 283 crank.

For '67, the 302 was a small journal crank. For '69, the rear face of the crank changed, it had a pie-shaped wedge cut out of it.
