I have an '89 RS Camaro with a 2.8 V6 and I recently had to change my fuel pump. About a week after I changed my fuel pump I have noticed that my car is taking longer to start up (It used to start up right away-now it cranks over for several seconds before it fires up). Once it is running it is fine and the performance is fine, therefore I am not sure if I should suspect the fuel pump. Any one have any ideas?

Dirty injectors. You need to have them cleaned.
