CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFERENES IN TH350 TRANNYS>?AND IF THERE ARE WHAT TRANNY SHOULD I LOOK FOR FOR MY 67 RS.

See the Performance section on TH700r4 vs TH400 etc. For Rock solid durability- Get a TH400, a TH350 may be only slightly cheaper, but not nearly as strong as a TH400. You can usually nab a good used 400 for under $500. TH700R4, good for the over drive, but really need to sink money into one if you are putting a stout motor in front of it.

Yes 67 resto there are three different lengths 6 " 9" and 11" .You want a 6" tailstock also make sure the case is a chevy boltpattern, this will bolt in where your 2 speed was. You will need the kickdown cable dipstick and tube, also vacuum line.You will also need a 3 detent shifter if you want the original look. Garry.
