I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not but how is the windshield washer pump activated? You just turn it clockwise and hold it right, you don't have to "pump" it do you. In another post someone mentioned priming the pump and line. Is there a procedure to do this? Thanks guys!

Rotating the switch turns the wipers on/off, first click is low speed, second is high. You push in on the knob to activate the washer pump solenoid, but you don’t have to “pump” the knob. I’ve never needed to prime one.
