I am moving my battery to the trunk, so If I go to the strip, I'll need a battery disconnect switch. I'm going to be using electric fans, and someday I might have a small amp hooked up.

The 2 choices for switches are the flaming river rated at 250 amps continuous, 2500 amps surge, or the Moroso at 300 amps continuous, 2000 amps surge.

Which one is the better choice, and will both of them adequately supply power to my car?

I'd go with the Moroso. Every race car I've ever seen with a disconnect had one.
