I have had my alternator checked at several locations, and it is perfect, and same with the battery, however, when I have my lights on (low beams and fog), and then slow down my juice drops to almost nothing, and if i try to sognal i have absolutely no power, so something is draining my power, can anyone help me??

your sucking more juice than the alternator puts out. try increasing the alternater amperage, usually the 60's do well under most situations. I had a 40 amp and it would do the same thing. now I have a 90 and i have no problem , I can turn everything under the sun on and not a drain.
