Is it possible to find a car my father bought new form the Chevy dealer in 1964? I thought I might be able to try it in the Dealer Zone Data Base, but I can not get it to open when I put in the info. I put in the dealers name, City & State and ask it to search, but it will not do it. Do I need the codes it ask for in order to make it work? If so I'm out of luck.
The car is: 1964 Chevelle SS 283 w/ powerglide Bought new at Slaton Chevrolet Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. It sure would be cool to find that car!

We recently moved servers and it appears the zone codes needed to be updated. now fixed.
the zone codes are an attempt to help narrow down searches by finding an original dealer but will not help you find a specific car. The registry at http://www.chevelles.com/registry is growing but is still very limited. I've emailed you the link to do a complete search to see if your chevelle is currently listed. |
