Wow! Say that sentence three times fast. Hey Bruce what has been said 1000 times here before is basically that it is your car to do with what you please. There will always be someone around who won't like what you've done and odds are that the size of their mouth is inversely proportional to their I.Q.

Now, is there something wrong with the guages you have - or do you just want something different? I'd try the Auto Meters if yours are broke but use the factory units if they work - IMHO.

I agree with Kevin. It is your car, what every make you happy and makes you want to drive it.

I was wondering if you have headers on your big block. If so, what type. I have plans on installing a Big Block in a 67 Firebird.

Now you can see why I agree with Kevin. I get a lot of flack for this change!

THE MAIN REASON I WANTED TO CHANGE IS BECAUSE OF I GOT A SET OF AOTOMETER OIL TEMP VAC AND WANT TO US THEM I REALLY WAS MORE CURIOUS ABOUT THE WORTH NATION WIDE AS MUCH AS DOING THE CHANGE BESIDES I DONT LIKE IT LOOKING LIKE I HAVE 2 GAS GAUGES THE ? ABOUT THE HEADERS TO ME I USED HEDMAN SHORTY HEADERS NOT BLOCKHUGGERS THESE HAVE A COLLECTOR THAT RUNS ALMOST VERTICAL TO FIRE WALL INSTEAD OF HORIZONTAL UNDER FLOOR PAN THIS GIVES YOU GREAT CLEARANCE IF YOU PLAN TO LOWER CAR AND THEY WHERE UNDER 100.
