I know it should not be hard but I can't get the back seat out of my car. Any suggestions on how to get this done???

There are two hooks you need to release, you can certainly do it yourself but sometimes it's better with another set of hands and heres why. You need to get in the back with the front seats forward, face the rear seat, place both palms of you hands on the side of the bottom seat and push like your trying to push that bottom rear seat into the trunk, it will give about 2-4 inches, and if you start to lift up as yours pushing back it should release for you, it's just awkward the first time you do it, be careful not to rip anything. Once you get it out you will see how it is held in, and say to yourself
"thats pretty easy", and you put it back in reverse.

Watch your knuckles, the seat may give way suddenly and wammo, this usually happens if the seat has rarely been moved.
