I took out the seat bottom of the rear seat hoping to find bolt holes but I didn't find any. Is there a reference somewhere I can get this info from? Also I just recently bought the car and it has a custom light silver interior with silver front seat belts and i would like to match with the same color in the rear, the fronts say BENDIX on them any clues on finding a match?

Try removing the rear seat back and you'll spot the bolt holes. Or look from underneath.
