Are the buckles for the deluxe belts(the stainless female end) the same between 1968 and 1969? I thought they were the same, but I just picked up a new set, which are 69's, and they are different than my 68's? Thanks for the help.

Nope 67s and 68 are similar (different insert) and 69s and 70s are the same, but 67&68 are different from the 69&70 version.
Drop me a line, I might be interested in the 69 buckles. I will look to see if I have any 68 stuff.
