I am running a blown 355 and need info...Right now it idles at 2k rpm is this normal for a blower motor..Also i am runnning a Enderle mechanical fuel injection system...can anyone give me any help with this or point me in the right direction of a book or web site...Thanks

sorry don't know too much about blower other than i think they're pretty neat. did a yahoo search and came up with this....

The motor should idle pretty much where any other engine would unless it has a MONSTER cam, etc. 2000 rpm is too high. Kinsler can help with the barrel valve and metering but if it's mechanical instead of converting to EFI, it'll be a compromise, hard to start, etc. He can get it driveable and probably better than it is, but if you can afford to, have it converted to EFI. I ran a mechanical Enderle bug-catcher on a blown flatbottom; looked great, awesome throttle response, but hard to start, bad part-throttle, etc. EFI is the way to go.
