I recently sold an IROC-Z steering box to a first-generation Camaro owner; it's a 1967 that originally had power steering. He states that there is no hydraulic pressure, and there is a pressure leak from the stub shaft seal, where the rag joint connects to.
Any help is suggested; my e-mail server has been flooded since this morning. ------------------ |

Sounds like he has the hoses on wrong. The pressure hose connects to the engine side port on the box.
He needs to use the O ring type PS hoses or there will be leaks. Please post this type question in the Brakes and Suspension section and not here.
