On Trucks TV, one time, they talked about how so many wrench heads play guitar and other instruments. I'm just wondering if that is really the case. I'm a guitar player myself, but I have tried to list a few general questions to capture a broad spectrum of musical talent. Most are geared toward electronic music. Several questions will accept more than one answer.

I have been playing for a while. Used to play in some bars here in Athens.
I play guitar, I have 5, and a recording "studio" in my basement.
Must be something in the GA Water

Funny you mention ...... I was just saying to myself the other day how I need to dust off my equipment! I have Ibanez 550, Ovation electric Acoustic Guitar, a rare Kramer-Half flying V electric guitar, Peavey full stack Amp (8-12" speakers), 8 track digital recorder, Gorilla Amp, Roland electric drum set, no name keyboard and various guitar pedals..... Hey anyone in the SE Mich want to start a garage band, let me know, we can call ourselves "THE CAMARO'S!)......lol.........

Here's my guitar list

Martin 000C-16RGTE (my baby)
Fender American Standard Telecaster
Yamaha Acoustic Electric
Yamaha Dreadnought Acoustic
Fender Bass (my 12 year old son's )

Sounds like we really need to get this GA Camaro thing going and meet up somewhere and do a car thing in the daytime and a little acoustic jam session and a few beers at night.

In fact..that is where my screenname came from...my favorite band is "Uncle Tupelo"!
Which is what kind of music I like to play most.

My 24 y.o. son plays lead, bass, drums, keyboard and trumpet. Has been in some kind of band since 16. Moved to NCY 2 yrs ago trying to launch a music career. Not sure where he got the talent from (not from me or his mother) but he's extremely talented, self taught and comes back to Boston every couple of months and does solo acustic shows at "TT the Bears" in Cambridge, MA. Some more famous bands who play this club are Jane's Addiction, Smashing Pumpkins and Indigo Girls. So he has the caliber of talent just needs a break. Very, very few talented people actually "make it", but he's having fun at it. Maybe he can support me someday and buy me a couple more Camaro's.

Love that name LOL.
Oops, I made a mistake.... I have a Crate full stack and 1/4 stack Peavey.... Is it me or does an Ibanez play awesome!
I got my influence through my cousin Aldo Nova, he was pretty popular in the 80's with his hit "Life is just a Fantasy". Soon as I heard that song I went out and bought that Kramer.

.... Is it me or does an Ibanez play awesome!

Yea the Ibanez is sweet. My first Ibanez was a Road Star 2 4-string I still have it its 15 years old and only 1 scratch,Black with dark purple overlay around the body.My new BTB is called Wild Blueberry it is a wild color,5 string and plays like a rickenbaker,or a high end Yamaha, and is cheaper. They were asking 999.00 got it for 850.00 after I showed them what I could get it for from Musicians Warehouse.
