Hi, Welcome to the site!

And I would say NO...... cause you'd get a CLONE, not a real SS/RS!!! But if you want a clone, everything is possible depending on how good the clone must be. I know Paddock sells complete hideaway-headlights conversion-kits for all the 1st gen. to change your non RS into an RS front.
The RS specific trim allover the car (chrome etc.) can be purchased at almost all shops (Rick's, classics, Paddock, Year1, GroundUp Restorations, etc.). All plane jane interior-parts can be replaced with correct parts, suitable for SS types such as the tach (redline must be corect for SS etc.), etc.. You can purchase/make the dual exhaust, multileafs, 12bolt, etc. etc. etc.

If you want to be more correct, you can start to find correct numbers for the parts suitable for the SS type (waterpump# ???, etc. )
You can change everything on the car to come as close to a SS/RS, only the tags will state it is not a real SS nor a real RS, but it would be a clone anyway and hey....who's perfect
