Were GM bullet style mirrors ever available on 69 camaros? I have always believed the ONLY mirrors avaialable in 69 was the standard chrome rectangular mirror, or the optional remote mirror, which was also chrome and rectangular. Someone please set the record straight. thanks-Joe

Bullet mirrors were never offered on any first gen camaro. It was a common occurance in the '70's for Camaro owners to swap these 2nd gen mirrors onto the first gen cars....

Ditto, Ditto! I have 1st and 2nd gen F-Bodies. 67 - 68 had a round chrome mirror, the 69 had a rectangular chrome mirror and 70 - 81 had the sport (bullet) mirror that was body colored.
