I have been watching Camaros and Camaro parts on Ebay for quite some time now,and I just had a thought. If I list my 69 project as a "1969 Camaro COPO Yenko ZL1 Z28 X22 D80 RS SS SUPER DUPER RARE project car" I should be able to get about $800,000 for it.
OK Im just kidding, but the prices of some of this stuff is really bumming me out.
At the rate Im going I will have to live to 300 years old before I ever finish one of my cars.
ps. Sorry about all the complaining,I have just been kinda down in the dumps lately.

Aaron, to ease your pain I will take it off your hands for a cool $1k. Then you can build that Maverick you have always been wanting to build.

Well, I used to do nothing but second gens, fun, easy to work on and dirt cheap, and then the supply of cheap 70-73's started to dry up, I got a little bored and my storage space was all gone... So I sold most everything and did motorcycles...

A few Hondas, and a few Ducatis...

Now first gen stuff doesn't seem so expensive.
Downright reasonable, in fact. And with the local economy so bad I've picked up two 1st gens cheap...not show cars by any means, and they won't be cheap to restore, but I may lose less money than with the 2nd gens...maybe or maybe not..I always seem to lose money...

Bottom line? I'm having fun and the ride is worth the price of admission. Now I'm off to sell the '69 to fix the '68! and retire in Monaco. (Kansas).

Angry

I just wasted the money and have nothing to show for it but of the four camaro's I have sold I got back about 8K for every 2K invested , could do the same on the one I have now but can't seem to part with it , wouln't do me any good anyway the wife would just buy a new big screen TV and some over priced furniture , I would rather have my car , but you can be for sure they is money to be made on camaro's if you had the money to invest ,,

AND I HAVE NEVER SOLD A CAR ON EBAY
